What is The Angry Noodle?

The Angry Noodle is a website dedicated to all things speculative fiction. Science fiction, fantasy, urban fantasy, horror, dystopia...it's all welcome here!

Articles include everything from worldbuilding, rankings, book tropes, short stories, guides for writers, and more!

Who runs The Angry Noodle?

Hi! I'm Bree, bookseller and freelance editor. I run this little noodle site all by my lonesome, so any and all support is greatly appreciated, even just taking a quick peak at some of my posts!

What else do you do?

My more popular posts tend to be the personality quizzes. They take a lot of time and have a lot of questions, but they're also super fun to make and people seem to really enjoy them. So I try to make them every now and then.

Do you accept submissions?

Not as much as I used to, but I do still occasionally post guest posts. Feel free to email me at editors@theangrynoodle.com with a proposal or the post itself. Currently paying $30 per submission.

Do you do edits?

I do indeed. You can find my editing service over at https://www.fiverr.com/share/rpN4XD. I read spec fic short stories, novellas, and novels, and provide in-line notes as well as an editorial letter.
